So your not working on heavy equipment then?

 

no bill, im making fleetguard, johndeere and maybe some acdelco filters, oil, fuel, air, etc.

Im hoping i dont fall alseep, i stayed up all night last night (23 hrs) and went to bed @ 8am, then only got 5 hrs of sleep....ARGH!

so im gonna try taking another nap around 5:30 or 6 for a couple hrs and see if i can rest up some more!

well i had my first night last night, i went through some training coordinating which went from around 10:45 to almost 4am. Had a plant tour, watched some videos, did some online computer testing etc. Found out that we are working 10 hr shifts, so i go in tonight from 8:45 till 6:45. We also work a lot of Saturdays, however the next 2 i know we dont. So it sounds like ill be getting a lot of OT hours, just not sure if the pay increases for that or not.

Definitly not used to the hours yet, im still not sleeping as many hours as id like, i think last night (this morning) i laid down at 7:45 and got up around 3:15 or so but once again, i only got 4-6 hrs of sleep, and i usually run off of 9!!

Im sure my body will adjust itself within time, probably not 100% but if i can get 7-8 hrs of sleep id be MUCH better off.

 

Sleep is overrated, you will have plenty of time for that when your dead. j/k You will get use to it I'm sure
