For the record im not going to claim this on my icbc for hit and run, thats just wrong, i cant lie.

 

shoot my car has bondo cracks all over the body, no front bumper, and no spoiler on it. i would be happy with that little bit of damage. but then again you paid alot more than i did for my car. i got it for 50 dollars.

 

Since she was in the work truck when said accident happened, neither of you will have to pay a dime. It's all on her bosses insurance. Start a claim with said company and move on from there and get it fixed right. No infomercial dent puller is going to fix that Her bad now she has to pay for her actions.

 

well were going to try to pull it anyhow, i waxed it out, looks better, all the white is gone, the dent , well if it doesnt come out , she will find new doors she said, you know what,, i dont care anyhow, it adds caracter.. i was pissed at first but the day has gotten longer. My son works in a body shop too so i can take it up there when it comes time, if i go back there. were not going through any insurance. cars not worth the time its going to take to fix it.

Well since your boy works at the shop get the check for 1500 don't fix it and pocket the $$$

 

I cant do that,, i live with her part time..she will figure it out.

so where ordering two doors then there going to get them painted. so thats all taken care of... another issue,,,,my battery light went on yesterday, i read about it it said check your generator belt. so i took it to my little cute 20yr old friend , he figures the altinator is gone. the wires that run on the bottom of the moter to the lights a red one has been melt and are exposed., i took out the head light to see the wireing and everything is good, the bulb too. the light was acting up. went really dim and then came on bright again..and the =0 light flashes on the dash,,contsantly looks like a turn signal, in the corner of my eye..the fuel light went on so i filled it up with gas and it never went off. but now its off. Next day, Colby did a check with a light thing, says its just running off the battery. any thoughts?

 

wow this car has been quite the handful to say the least..... and if its running off of the batt, the alt is junk....

 

One way to check is disconnect the + on the battery. If it's keeps running, it's good. If the engine dies, it's either a wiring problem or the alt is bad.

 

yea thats what my buddy did, he took off the battery and it died. Were hookin up a new one tonight.
Next the doors from the body shop,

My other friend Tony is going put on new rotors for me.
Next would be the noise in the cvc joints , how to you check if thats what it is, it doesnt click, it hums turning left, and now right?

anyhow this would probably explain why it wasnt starting, right, i had to give gas then it smelt like gas after that.. i hope thats what it means anyhow. probably why you where questioning the fuel pump, Bill

 

new update on this car.......
My girlfreind who backed into it, now says the doors she ordered arnt black anymore and they are way more expenisve then what was quoted originaly. She also said to me ,whats the rush its not like your drivin around with a big dent in the side of it.. I was like HELLOOOOOOOOO yea i am. and im getting tired of driving around with it like this. so get on it today or im gooing into Icbc tommarow and starting a claim. I hope i still can.. i have to find out the date of when she did this i think it was on this thread.
Geez im mad and getting tired of getting FUCKED and not enjoying it.
She said they probably wont fix it cause the damage is worth more then the car. How do i find out the value of the car:? anyone know? damage was 1200 i think they quoted me....i could get a different car, i have no strings to this one, i ll just take out my new altinator and take the roters back.....
