Well my 17 yr old daughter is off to France for 18 days. My boy went 2 yrs ago. They go every other year for French class. Lucky me has all 3 kids 2 yrs apart $$$. I'll tell ya it was a lot easier to send my boy off than it was my daughter. You always worry about them but even more so when it's a daughter!You love them all the same but why do guy's worry more about daughters than son's? Hope all goes well and she has a great time

I hear ya there. mydaughter is 18 , i worry constantly about her. Lst night she came to MR for a visit and got sooooo lost getting here, io had to be here onstar for her, lucky she had a phone. I even maped out the route for home aswell and she still got lost.. sheesh. just like her mother..But my motto is the more you get lost , the better you find your way around.

The boys. well, they are boys. kinda self explanitory.They are less fragile and need to learn about life in a mans world......

We worry about the girls because of all the fairy tales
that were read to us as kids. They needed constant
rescuing from some stupid castle or another.

 

..no kidding, im not reading alexis any fairy tail books .im going to start reading her books from Dr Phil...

NO shell have it all figured out by puberty....

 

France would be a cool trip........................she will be fine you just worry too much
