I hear ya on the anxioty atacks, i used to have to get air a puffer or a paper bag works.., I hope it doesnt happen again to me, cause im going through the same ****.. I think deep breathing and grounding yourself really helps. talking also helps ......so let it out, dont hold it in,breath deep and dont stess about a girl , love yourself first.......she will come, when your ready to handle one. fix your dam truck. maybe she will be a parts delivery girl or something.
