Lets see Price is one reason the 6.5L are cheaper from the start.Since I will be working on Detroit Diesel engines in Diesel Technology (AG)Then I will know how to fix the engine but not the drivetrain.

im pretty sure but the transmission is a GM 4L60 or GM 4L80 so there are a lot of parts floating around and mauaels. there about 15 20 years old

Are you talking about the 6.5L or a Duramax?
