The rear tank on my truck would be really easy to drill and drain well over $100. The side tank would also be really easy to drill and drain for well over $100.

But how do I prevent that? Low-level alarm?

 

im seriously trying to design a bolt on plate to guard mine, something out of thick steel. reason being is just on TV this morning, tw oguys were arrested after being caught drilling holes into tanks at my college campus!!! diesel rtucks are rare on campus, but still when you have 30 gallons of fuel in your tank and someone drills a hole and drains it all, its worth over 150 bucks! i might invest in an alarm too

 

Maybe I won't get a lock fuel cap I would much rather them siphon my fuel them put a hole in my tank.
