Default Brisket (in the crock pot)(with pics as i cook)

1) put brisket
2) add oinion
3) add pot roast seasoning
4) full half way with water

....why cook a brisket in a crock pot? that's wasting it...the only reason you should put brisket in a crock pot is if you are thawing out and warming it back up after you've smoked it. Then you should only have BBQ sauce in it...Use a chuck roast for pot roast.

thanks, it got alittle messy when we flipped it but all is good. i finally have a clean house again. its so hard to keep things clean when you cook so much food at one time.
