sautee the vegetables together very lightly in olive oil with the seasonings, add some of your sauce...

fry the chicken in a seperate pan with olive oil SLOWLY!!!!!

when the chicken is about 3/4 done, lightly pink in the middle, throw the vegetables in with the chicken and dump all the sauce in with it and let it cook SLOWLY!!!!!!

next fry the bacon up (i like mine soft) and drain all the grease off and pat it dry in paper towels (absolutely no grease)

make sure to get all the sauce and vegetables down in those holes you poked in the chicken earlier, now throw the bacon on or around the chicken and let it cook til the chickens done

now throw the cheese on and let it melt.....

well the closest thing we got to a actual chicken here is pigeon, unless you want to throw one in a box and ship it 8,000 miles to me.........and i dont see the DFAC using my recipe any time soon......
