Oh and remember this, every 7 years or so you will want to make sure that you have doubled your salary to be able to provide for you and your families future.
I started some years ago at $7, then $9 then $14, then $15, $16, $28, back down to $25 and then back up to $30, $33, $36, $40 and now I'm pushing $50 per hour in 14+ years.
