Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan
Now you must remember, the frying pan is not used to completely cook the chicken, it's mainly used to keep the breading on. So let them sit about 3mins on each side or until they look like this.
Preheat oven to 350degrees
Now get a baking pan out, line the bottom of the pan with sauce.
Now place the chicken breasts into the sauce.
Once you've got the breasts in the sauce, pour the remaining sauce over top of the breasts. Additional bottles of sauce may be needed to cover the chicken. Make sure you cover the breasts completely though.
Put the pan on the middle rack in your oven for 25-30 minutes.
After the 25-30 minutes take the pan out and put mozzarella cheese over the top.
Insert back into the oven until the cheese browns. Take out and serve individual breasts over penne noodles. Those pictures to come as I made this for lunch tomorrow. I'm sorry I don't have exact figures for all of the ingredients, but just go by looks. It's hard to mess it up.
