Health Department frowns on stuff like that. I have seriously thought about it lately. Work my college classes around selling BBQ. Get a mobile trailer, cook it in the morning, go to class, come home, slice it and sell it. Also have stuff like boiled peanuts and jerky at the stand.

If that's the one they've catered the last three parties I've been to for Alpha Gamma Rho. The first one was ribeye, pretty good for mass cooking of ribeye. Then they had chicken and ribs, alright for mass production. But the last time was ribeye again, but the meat was too fatty. Never been in to the restaurant. I couldn't even tell you where it was at...pretty good though.
