Money 1996 Dodge Caravan

fellows i need your help in fixing the ac on wifes van. the high speed fan does not come on when ac is activated. replaced fan relay and installed a emergency high speed relay still no help. the fans work normal when ac is off. 2 inputs to pcm 1 out to fan relay. have charged system with r134 still no cool. could i have a restriction in the dryer? input from ac not going to pcm. it is got me by the nose hairs and its starting to hurt> i work on ac commercial systems but this has me baffled. does any one have a trouble shooting chart or flow diagram on this system. ac compressor engages. thanks for your help.

Fixed the AC in the girlfriends 2004 Sebring by replacing the resistor pack. The AC worked but only on high. After relacing the resistor pack everything worked normally again.

iirc there is a sensor that screws into the block that controlls the fan. it'll work for temp control but not for the a/c.

EDIT:

i found a few things you could try call your dealer and ask them if your vehicle falls under recall #771 (have your VIN handy). it is the fan relay recall. The radiator fan may run after the key is turned off, or may not run, leading to overheating because the fan relay attaching screws break and the relay overheats. (1996-97). i'm 99%sure it is this or the temp sending unit on the motor. try the dealer and the relay first.
