Bought the house finally 7 weeks ago and we've been working on it almost daily after work and on weekends. The electrical is almost done, Spray foam will be later this week or first of next then It will be time for drywall. woohoo!

i'd love to have it just for the barns... Early this spring I gave 315,000 for 58 acres and a house and 2 barns... 53 tillable of very very good ground Just got done harvesting my beans and they are in the 70 bushels to the acre range Glad to hear you got the place! Old farm houses just have a character of their own.. mine was built in 1879 and its kinda neat having all the little odd things about it....
