Alright cowboys, I just had my buddy make me some new armitas. the problem is, he cut the fringe shorter than I usually like them. can I cut it longer without screwing the chaps up?

Actually my buddy was over at the house the other day
And he got em fixed up just fine. Thanks for the help tho
