Try some antihistamine or Mucinex "D" along with ibuprofen and Tylenol. I'm not a doc but, my dentist told me this when I called him while on vacation once. I had to do something or
The antihistamine helps to drain the sinus, the ibuprofen works on the nerve endings at the pain point and the Tylenol works the brain receptors. I took all three at the same time. It worked. I actually quit taking the concoction after a few days, when it quit hurting.
It did return but not for a while.

Id rather duct tape him to a telephone pole and tie that tooth to my hitch....
Geeze Mobs, I thought I had bad luck...I think you have me beat. Good luck man...
BTW, Mobs heres a thought ...if there are any Universities/Dental Schools around you area they should be able to fix that tooth for a minimal fee. I had a couple of buddies that went through Dental School and the school did work for very nominal fees (cheap). Might be worth making a couple of calls to get fixed up and save some money.
