Sorry Candy Land girls but if you drink diet soda it looks like you are at a higher risk of gaining weight than if you drink regular.

I actually learned about that a long time ago but when I try to tell other people I always get "but its diet".

Ash drinks diet coke only now. She has been on weight watchers to lose her baby weight and on their points scale it is 0. I will send her to the link though.

Has aspartame also, which can cause cancer.

Also, never let a Diet Coke get hot. Once it gets hot the stuff in it turns into a type of acid and will burn the taste buds on your tongue. My dad couldn't really taaste anything for 9 months. It was pretty funny.

Actually, the Aspertame turns to Formaldehyde. Bad stuff.

Never drink it, have no problem losing weight...... yea my pants are falling down again. time to get some new jeans.....
