Actually i never made that one, i made a differnt one yesterday , it was with sweet red onions, potato, carrots, kale, green beans and chicken broth.. that turned out really good. but i got the fixens for potato today i will do that one.....ill let you know how it turned out.....

The more you stir it the more you'll release the starch from the potatoes. This will thicken and whited the liquid. It's gonna need salt, go light. You can always add, but you can't subtract.
