Default track bar

ok so i ordered a whole tie rod assembly off ebay and received it back in January.

went i went to install the track bar it didn't fit. apparently there was a problem with my production date.

i called mac auto parts the people i bought the items from. they just said send it back. when they get the new track bar in they'll get ahold of me for additional shipping charged and ship the new one back.

so here i am a few months later and no track bar!!! every time i call them they just tell me it's on back order.

i have emiled them twice now in the last week, i told them if i do not receive my money back or my track bar. i will be forced to contact your states better business bureau.

any other suggestions?
any one in the NY area that could go pick the item up for me?

DT ProFab: http://www.dtprofab.com/

OR

Thuren Fabrication: http://www.thurenfabrication.com/products.html

Sure they cost a lot more, but these guys arent going to screw you and they offer TOP quality products that last a LONG time (and are rebuildable).

well there isn't many lobsters to catch. i'm lucky to work 1 or 2 days a week.

some times i don't work at all in a week.
thats why i buy and resell auto parts on ebay.
we also take junk cars to the junk yard for scrap.
every once in a while i do some carpentry/painting

If you just want to get by for a while just replace the ends of the trac bar with some lukes links. Or just have a local metal shop make a trac bar. Our local race shop has all the material to make' em. Just a stainless bar with the ends threaded and heim joint ends screwed in each end. A little more detail than that but not much.
