Its 100% in your hands Robb, but I feel that you will lose nearly all your staff if you dont make some adjustments.

Its very sad for me to see. I worked hard to build up the Ford side, brought over some good people to help. Brought over some great sponsers...

All are burned, which pisses me off because I gave my word...
