They are awesome, watching it on video is nothing like seeing them in person.

I have bego see them about 20 times and everytime I end up in the field or at the shop and they dont wanna let us out. Hopefully when I move to Va I'll get a chance.

I dont get the 'silent' part...I can hear them, why do they call them the 'silent' drill team..

they are the silent drill team beacuase there is absolutley no cadence called. the noises are how they stay in time. Usually when marines or any military for that matter march or drill with rifles there will be someone in front of the platoon calling cadence.
