just bought a 79 kw k100 and the batterys are givin me hell when i drove it home i put one new batt and fired rite up got it home and the terminal to the new batt was melted off took batt back put new one in and started fine but turned off and no crank after that took that battery out went bought 2 group 31 post tops put them in starts wonderful ran it 15mins turned off and did same thing load test my batts and there fine but there a round selinoid lookin thing in batt box that was hott as hell every time i hit key it clicks but no crank just trying to find out wtf is goin on here old guy told me its a 24v starting system and 12v acc. but with 4 6 volt batterys wtf
