Default ntc-300, more rpm, more power!

I have a 1988 model NTC-300 in a General used to haul grain. Right now it tacks out at 1900rpm, 65mph.. What do I have to do to make more power and 200 more rpm? I know you can turn them up just need a little insight on how too.
