Jesus Courtney , when did you put that many trucks on the road? i thought you just had the one volvo on the road.

On a side note , I go by your place every morning around 6 30 heading up to the wind farm, haven't met you on the road yet, I might stop in sometime if your ever around during the day?

Old school is a Black, a silver or a red Diamond International. When I was a little kid my dad worked for International. They made the big engins, you could resleve or re build complete. They had a oil pump for each engine that was made for the load they were to haul. One of the old trucks could haul 10 times there rating. Man I can remember it all!!

Back in the day you could put new bodies on an old rig or just keep repairing them. Keep them on the road, that's all that counted. But that's all changed.

My landlord moves houses for a living, uses a 1974 White Roadboss. Keeps it maintained, fixes issues before they become problems. Got him some tall 22.5s on aluminium rims to replace the 10.00-20s on the steer axle, working on the rest. Solid seat frame and rubber block suspension, yikes. Snagged an air-ride seat frame, trying to fit it into that small cab.
