Hey guys,

Hope I can get advice here quick. I have a 1997 International 4700 tow truck that I just did a full in frame rebuild on. I wanted to upgrade the injectors to the DT530E since I saw that on this site.

I got these injectors: Part # - EX63814BJ - Delphi from O'Reilly since they had the best deal and my shop works direct with them. I went off of OEM part number 1836250C1 to get these.

Comparing them side by side with my factory ones they look the same except for they are a tad longer. I attached a couple pictures. I can feel it bottom out in the injector cup. And I can get the hold down bolts in.

 

A BJ injector wont run right. They are a split shot injector, and yours is single shot. You need a BD body code.

Do you know of any good place to get some performance injectors for my truck? My truck is 210HP so i'm thinking the 250 HP ones would be a good gain. Would these work?

For sure. Those guys know the E injectors real well. Tell them what you want,and they can make it happen(within reason). Best place in the country for a 95-97 466/530E(single shot with 3 computers). I have worked with them before on a few similar builds.
The only other way to get past 350hp is to swap to a mechanical 466/530. Then your power is limited by your wallet.
