1st time starting in 5 yrs. As soon as it starts it runaways. What should we be looking at? Governor? rack?

Most likely got a stuck injector which is hanging the rack up
At full fuel. Pull the valve covers and try to move the racks and see which side is hanging up. Then go from there finding the stuck injector. I've heard you can free them up with some
Mystery oil but never done it myself. After you are done, it some vice grips on the rack so you can take over if it still wants to run away. Good luck!
