"Well folks a twin kit to most means what? Just 2 turbos some pipeing and a manifold? "
To me it means 2 turbos the exact same feeding the engine. Generally 1-2-3 feed one turbo, and 4-5-6 feed another. COMPOUNDS on the other hand is ttwo turbos doing exactly that, compounding the charge air. One big turbo feeding a smaller turbo.
Not too many people have true "twins" but there are a lot of compounds out there.
That's what "twins" means to me.

What 'compounding' really is is using the turbine to impart more drive on the crankshaft, (usually.) Compounding is not, Not, NOT!!! series or sequential turbo's, commonly known as 'twins.'
Sorry, but I can't stand it when people say compounds are twins like it's the gospel when it ain't.
