Heart Possible products

Would anyone be interested in buying a set of custom head studs.....currently in mists of design for the 5.9l and soon the 6.7l Cummins Turbo Diesels....they will hold anything ya wanna throw be it high psi off tripples turbos or high shots of nos the failure points would be your head gasket or you would strip the threads from the block....so far itll be a 12mm setup an possibley may need to bottom tap the block.

This is just to see if anyone would be interested in them.....or custom billet parts for the trucks my shop has virtually no limits cannot do turbo wheel work or block an major port work....but anything else skys the limits!

pm if you want.

What are these studs made of? Obviously machined.

Able to make turbo compressor housings? If you made one for the He351cw that was same design, just 12cm you would make a bloody fortune.

The products are still in r an d work as we have a shop we run for our business an are slammed with work so we have very little free time this thread was to see if anyone would be interested minus me an some local guys. As far as right now were about 6 months or so out from any free time. Warranty wise I have no idea cus its untested for various setups as in racing seldomly is a warranty used. No turbo work for the time being. An price I would assume 1400+ haven't had time to figured it out for labor rate an material cost since it will be per customer. Sorry for any inconvenience to any of you.

thats more then arp 625's kinda on the high side for not having any testing you think?? not shooting you down by no means. but if companys would lower a price ya you wouldnt make as much at one time. but you would catch alot more ppls attention and sell more of a product. that way and in the end prolly actually make more money in the long run. im not saying pretty much giving your product away either. i understand you have to pay for your r&d material ect. im going to follow your thread and see how they turn out. good luck with them and please dont take this as i am bashing you cause i am not at all

I agree for an un backed product but the fact is if it works the way its going to be design you wont have down time for the block to get machined to accept a 14mm stud. Also old quote goes ya get what ya pay for our products would be handled personally by my dad an I both of us are very **** when it comes to finish work and part quality these wont be for the faint at heart by any means but if they never stretch like the 425s or 625s or even A1s like iv know some guys have had issues like that or the down time for the machining process they would be worth it to me anyways....bit over kill but I dont like to take risks with engine failures like that. I know yalls arent bashing me now would it matter but I intend to have essentially a set of Nuke Proof studs in my truck.
Thanks for the support guys. I intend to get back to yalls when we produce a set an test them.

Other ideas so far are a sump kind of like the hellmann maybe a 5 or 6 inch one for a bit more fuel intake and we are always open to ideas.

I would be interested in some studs, however, for that price I will have to look else where. Hope it works out for you and I am curious to see what you come up with.

to DB!
