I have a 2nd gen which used to be a gasser, I converted it to diesel last year. I put springs out of a diesel in it. I also put a 2 1/2" level kit in. Would these units fit under my 2500? and if so could I get the 3/4 extended ones with no paint and the bushings out? I would press these in myself.

Any idea of shop prices to change these out, or time frame for the DIYer?

Eh, shop prices will vary depending on the shop. At my local shop, I believe it took us about an hour and a half or so.

DIY - Make sure you can get the front end lifted off the ground pretty good. Depending on tools and skill level, two hours and up.
