Default dipstick handles

Got em

have to modified a bit to use on 08s

to modify the tranny stick drill a new push pin hole .5 cm from the dipstick end of the new handle

cut old handle off (after removing dipstick) flush with the part that goes over the tranny tube.

file it flat.

put it together.

for the oil,

drill and tap a hole in the end of the new handle. i used a small allen head bolt from an rc car (the head must fit into the hole the dip cable came out of).

remove the cable from the dipstick handle.

continue the cable hole in the dipstick handle to 1/4 inch b-4 the flange internally (hold your bit up to the handle mark it with tape, then drill depth to tape line on bit).

finish it with a bit the size of the shank of the bolt you use.

cut the handle off the old dipstick.

file flat.

insert your bolt and thread handle on.

sounds long but only takes about 20 mins and it is easy, retains stock length and seals on both dipsticks.
