i bought one off of ebay, supposed. it was not powered, but plugged into the phone and was like 2ft long attached to the roof, like a CB antenna. Marginal results if anything. $60 or so.

if you want a powered one look into buying a Wilson. they are on the ball with this technology. a friend of mine is looking into buying one for his house and both vehicles....

http://wilsonelectronics.com/

hope this helps. they sell these too on ebay so you can get them a lil cheaper than MSRP.....

Here is one that looks to be similar to the Wilson booster.

Cellphone Signal Boosters

I am not sure if any of the vendors sell anything like your looking for, but you might find something by asking in the price quote section.

This is what I have Cell Phone Signal Booster - YX500-PCS I have had it for about 3 years now it works great, before, I got it I got 1 to 2 bars of signal strength and now I get 4 to 5. I am very pleased with it. Very easy to install, I took out a smoke detector in a hallway and mounted it there fits perfect.

They also have one for vehicles. Wireless Extender Dual Band Car Unit - Car Cell Phone Antenna
