lamp out light

Default lamp out light
installed a recon light bar and had to splice into the reverse power wire in drivers side taillight and now i have a lamp out light. how do i make it go away?

Well first thing is I'm assuming all the lights work? If yes undo the connection into the factory harness and see if that cures it.

did you butt connect the wires or did you solder them
cause if you butt connected them the computer sees it as a resistance drop and will pop on it needs to be soldered in
