Im looking at one of these Jensen in dash dvd players.
Has any one heard anything good bad or ugly on these units.
I know they are not top of the line units but I think that are a decent product.
Thanks
Jamie

believe it or not the cheap ones from Wal-Mart are perty nice..... they aren't touchscreen but cheap nonetheless..... i came across an excelent deal on my Kenwood touchscreen or cause i wouldn't have paid the $1700 retail everyone wanted..... make sure it's got a good warranty and use it...... how much is that unit?
Jensen has come a long way in the past 5-7 years. In saying that they are still a long way from quality. The quality of the picture is what you are going to recognize more than anything else. They also may only have one input/outputs.
Look around there are some good deals to be had out there.

I can get the unit off ebay for $325 and install it myself or installed at circuit city for $450 I think. I have installed multiple units befores and as I understand it this is a standalone unit, no brain, and it installs just like a convevtional CD player.
Im not real concerned about how my inputs, outputs ets. I wont be hooking up a ps3 or anything, no more screens or anything. At the most one amp to run some subs.
It doesnt need to have alot of bells and whisltes as long as it plays mp3's
