the sub has been used but works perfectly.

$100 and buyer pays shipping.

greyhound might be the best way to ship given the weight of the sub.

If you pack it well I don't see problems using shipping companies.
My most recent sub weighed around 60lbs, packed very well, went from LA to NY by UPS with no problems

i have two solo-baric squares in my dodge and i have the Rockford Fosgate Power T10001BD Amplifier and it knocks of my rear veiw mirror
