So i figured I would update yall on what happened to the amps from previous post.
I Had a interfire 1000.2 amp running 2 alpine type s 2 ohm dvc 10"
Well the wiring configuration I had presented a 1 ohm load on this amp that was not 1 ohm stable.
Now I have a Rockford Fosgate T500-1bd Power amp. (I was 50 bucks short for the alpine amp.)
But I must say its cool. Was tested at 722 watts RMS from the factory and rocks the Alpines nicely.
As for the old amps im going to send them into Interfire and put 'em into the explorer with 1 12" sub.

yea man i wish i could have got to this sooner i could have helped you but i had no idea this forum had an audio section? bad azz man. sorry about your amps though. i have 2 sundown audio amps im going to be installing in my pickup. hopefully i dont mess anything up with them. 700 a piece
