Default Door Speaker Upgrades

Ok i have 4 6inch pioneer door speakers in my truck and i'm looking to upgrade the speakers to something that will match my new subs and amp i'm going to buy around Christmas or the beginning of the year. I was wondering if Rockford made any two way door speakers and tweeters. If any one could point me in the right direction it would be great. THANKS GUYS!

I am a fan of Rockford Fosgates. They have a really sweet website you should pay a visit to. I used to have a cool RF t-shirt that I literally wore out... It read CRANK IT UP!!! Goodluck in your speaker choice.

Depends on how far you want to go, I have Kicker 6" Mid-bass, 4" Mid-range and 1 inch tweets in my doors.

Sounds great and I only had to trim (maybe 1/2") of the factory speaker holes in the door to make them fit. The only thing you see is the tweets.

Reviving this thread.

I want to replace both rear QC door speakers. There is absolutely no sound through them now; with old stereo nor with new JVC.
1. How do I test to make sure there is even current going to the rear speakers?
2. What speakers should I get? I have the stock front door speakers and tweeters on the pillars.

Thanks!
