I have a 2003 ford f250 with pedestal mirrors. I was wondering if any knows if I can swap them for tow mirrors with the turn signal in it or is the wiring different??

 

Not sure what your referring to as a "Pedestal mirror", BUt any late 99-12 Mirrors can be interchanged. The newest versions require additional parts and wiring is involved. The 05-07 seems to be a common swap for 99-03 Trucks w/ Integrated signals etc...
