Grid Heater delete....will that affect anything to do with my heater or does it just allow for more air flow?
When I took the valve cover off today I noticed what was called a coalescer assembly that has to do with emmissions filtration. Since I did my deletes do I still need this in there?
I can't afford some good head studs now and I still feel doing that myself is above my pay grade but what about adjusting injectors I believe to .20 Are there any videos or how to's on that, what kind of tool do you need to do it?

I installed my own studs and it's really not that bad. Just time consuming, I'm not sure on the valve specs but I know that I was told not to set the lash any tighter than factory. I want to say .12 and .24? Don't hold me to that. Hope this helps!!!!
grid heater delete does not effect cab heater in any way. like stated above, the only purpose is to get the cylinder temp. to normal quicker and to assist on cold start ups. with these trucks and their egr system, soot accumulates on the grid causing a massive restriction. i recommend that if you want to retain the grid heater, as you are installing an egr delete remove the intake horn and clean the grid off. you can use a small screw driver and BE CAREFUL! do not damage the grid and also use a shop vac to keep the contaminates from dropping into the head while servicing.
there is no adjustments for the injectors....valves only. the spec will be on the sticker on your valve cover. you will need a set of feeler gauges and allen wrenches. there is a procedure for setting the valves. of you cant find it on here, pm me and i will get it for you.
