no doubt there are some good cars in general for sale in Portland. Not sure what's up with the stockpile of good cars. Just this past weekend, I picked up an 82 lifted gmc suburban on 38's w/a rebuilt 6.2L w/less than 5K on it. Picked it up for $3k. The interior is ok... dash is tore up and rear seats are a bit hammered, both of which are getting fixed via a dashmat and some seat covers. Voila. Turned around and drove it right back to Seattle post-purchase at a steady 58mph!

Hunt for rigs in the Portland area if you can. I got a screamin deal imho.
