Default 95 powerstroke runs rough till warm

Hey guys, havn't been on in a while. Well, I turn 16 sunday, and i'm thinking about selling my super-duty to make a little cash. Guy is selling a '95 f350, ex-cab, dually, 2wd, 5 speed. Clean truck besides rust. It runs rough till it warms up. Working on powerstrokes, I've seen this caused by injectors. At 300k, I'd assume the injectors might be a little worn out. Beings I've done them before, I don't mind doing injectors. 2500 bucks is all the guy is asking. Seem like I'm getting screwed?
Also, can you just rip those crappy body-kit things off the trucks? Or are they like riveted to the cab or something. Cause it has one of the plastic sideskirt/bumper things and those crappy stickers on the side. I guess some people like them, I just like a clean truck.
Thanks!

do you have a scanner? like AE? i would try to pull codes and see what comes up. as for running rough, it very well could be injectors. does it sound like it has a miss? or just rough? hey if you sell the SD i'll buy the flatbed! LOL

Does it smoke on start up? If the injectors are factory, they are more than likely done.
