Default My new PowerStroke project!!!

The only performance mods I can see or find so far are straight pipes, but in a small diameter like 2" or 1 7/8", idk, makes no sense to me. I also see an oversized, aluminum deep extended tranny pan. I pretty much have a blank slate here and she purrs like a kitten should, no weird noises or knocks or smoke. Starts right up, clean engine, all intact.
I dont know about the gears yet, Im guessing 3.73's, it has what looks like a custom lift. 4-6" Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ's 315/75R16's

Nice ride! Looks like it has the front shackle reversal kit on it, which I believe is good for 3"-4"...should help with the ride quality a little too by not sending every bump straight through the frame. In the dash picture, is that a screw in the trim or a small toggle switch? (working on the assumption that a switch could mean the ECU has been cracked and the resistor mod been done )

That would be a screw, the plastic tabs that held it on had broken, I'm looking for a replacement for it. The plastic attachment around the gauges seems very brittle. It isn't chipped, yet.... And nothing more than straight piped and mag-hytec tranny pan, the lift, shocks (very comfy ride to), and his k&n filter. Now it's my turn. =D.
P.S. you seem very knowledgable, I shall keep you in mind on problems I face! Thank you.
