Ok a friend of mine just picked up a 97 f350 and is in need of a new idm, my question is will the edge programmer for the 97 work with the 01 idm? and exactly what does this programmer do? as in, does it ramp up injector voltage? doesnt the 01 idm have higher injector voltage anyways?
