my 97 7.3 drove home fine but next time starting will only idle.The TPS was swapped with one from a running truck with no change. volts of .7 at idle and 4.7 at full pedal. ivs has 12 volt open 0 volts closed. Truck will start and idle fine. No check engine light and only code that will pull is one for glow plugs. Any help on where to look next.

 

Did u look and and c if the plug became unplugged that is hooked to the pedal
