I have a 2003 3500 4x4 cummins, i recently started getting a noise like a hard wind under my dash, it only happens when im in drive and im sure its the turbo, i cant pin point what it is? i think it might be the turbo manifold gaskets am i on the rite path? i checked for a boost leak on the hoses i did find one its a rubber hose with a spring inside it that comes off the radiator and goes to the turbo but i dont think that would cause that sound? please help?? any advise
