Default Perfomance fuel system

Alright guys, and gals....I have been researching alot of different performance parts for my '06 megacab 2500. I like the idea of a programmer (although not the cost and stress on the tranny), but also wonder about performance fuel systems. Does anyone run one? I saw reviews and Airdog definitely seems to be best. Anyhow, just wondering what others experience was with these. The only upgrade performance wise I have right now is cat delete and homemade air intake.

I would go airdog. I have seen one fass pump not work half the time and was not impressed. Glad it wasn't my truck.

Hey Steved, is there any benefit to these systems? Do you notice any difference with your airdog? Thanks

In a stock truck, they only offer better particulate filtration (water filtration is questionable)...and they are still an electrical pump, and will eventually fail like the OE.

You really don't need performance fuel pumps until you start added power mods that make the truck drink more fuel at WOT...if you don't have a chip/box/programmer, you will really see no benefit.

There was no notable difference with either the FASS or AirDog I ran...it might have made a slight improvement at WOT, but it was minimal.
