Default 95 PSD still cutting out !!

My 95 F250 powerstroke has a random cut out. If it does die it will start right back up. Will act up hot or cold, idleing or driving. Have replaced: PCM, IPR, ICP, UVCH's and pigtails, new baby swamp injectors, foot feed assembly, several CPS, new lift pump and fuel filter, changed oil and filter, and cleaned the entire FPR assembly and blew out the fuel lines.
Nothing has made a difference. Also replaced all battery cables and ignition switch. Added one extra engine ground cable. Never looses power, just cuts out and comes back to life. No codes present. At 3000rpm the hpop is 1100psi w/ duty cycle 20%. Lpop shows 50psi on mechanical gauge. When it does die and has long start, checked the hpop and it was full, so was fuel filter housing . 50-60psi fuel pressure. Any ideas ???????

Your 1100icp pressure reading, I am assuming that is no load just free reving?

Have you run a buzz test?

Yes , those readings are setting in the shop in park. Truck has passed multiple buzz tests as well a cylinder contribution test. When the truck runs right, it runs GREAT. It will set you back in the seat! The swamp injectors really do their job!!
This problem started a couple months ago and nothing I have changed has made it better or worse. Leaning towards trying a new lpop, but it has good readings on the gauge

Are you running a chip? Maybe a loose connection there?

Well if you have oil in your HPOP res everytime you look, I wouldn't be worried about the LPOP...

Where did you get the CPS that your using now?
