Default 95 keeps cutting out

My 95 psd keeps cutting out. I can still run 70mph, but with a quick cut out about every 6 seconds. Then it may run great for the next 30 miles. At idle, it may start and die 10 times before it stays running. Engine temp doesnt matter, will do it hot or cold. HPOP res is always full, so is the fuel filter housing. No codes. Truck has new PCM, IPR, ICP, CPS, lift pump, and Baby Swamp injectors. Passes buzz test. Usually 60psi oil pressure when cold and 30-35psi hot. Hpop hits about 2400psi at start up and settles at 600psi at idle. Will hold about 1400 psi at 3000 rpm. I Blew fuel line out, cleaned screen in side of fuel filter housing behind regulator. What the hell am i missing ??? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Ran the scanner again and @3000 rpm I have
ICP - 1050psi
ICP - 1.5 volts
IPR - 19%

These readings were while the truck was running like crap, would almost die from 3000rpm and then come back to life. Hard to get good readings with so much up and down running.
Have a mechanical gauge on hpop and it agrees with the scanner on psi. This truck is driving me nuts !! Hell of a good truck, I'm not giving up.

Are your lights and things flickering as well? Dash, Dome, etc.? Maybe you have a bad connection in your ignition?

***Edit*** Scratch that...If your lights and stuff are flickering, then that would indicate a bad battery/ground/connection.

I don't think the lights will flicker with a bad ignition...but the radio might?

I've already replaced the positive and ground cables. Even tried a new ignition switch. I even ran an extra ground cable from the engine to the frame on top of replacing all the factory cables.

More info: I ran a buzz test with a pair of injectors( 2&4 ) unplugged and all 8 still buzzed ? Is this a sign of bad UVCH's ? Everything looked good when I installed the new injectors. Think I'll put new IDM and PCM relays in tommorrow. I'm still open to any advice or suggestions. Thanks
