So I had a coolant leak in the end tank of the radiator. Replaced the radiator and thought I fixed my low coolant light from coming on. The light started coming on and I figured that maybe there was an air pocket or two in the system and needed to be topped off. Not the case. Checked the oil fill cap and spout. This is what it looks like:
