Default 86 6.9 crank ...no start

Went to start my f250 today but it will not fire, it has great fuel pressure all the way to the pump ,it will fire on ether, I did not have time to check for fuel at Inj, lines this morning but I will tonight,if I have no fuel from pump to injectors is it reasonable to suspect the fuel solenoid that turns the fuel on and off, I am not very familier with the system on these idi's but just seems logical ...short of a pump that has gone bad....should both wires at the solenoid power up with key on? Thanks in advance

also...New batts, glow plugs working, no fuel leaks...thanks again

Timing advance, on the back, and fuel shut off on the front, and yes they are to have power on them when key is on.

Fuel lift pump, or lines from tanks on up to it
