97 ford 7.3 psd 291,000 miles will not start under 70 degrees. Already replaced gp relay and checked the resistance everything came back fine oil pressure and fuel pressure checked out good as well any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

 

What numbers were you getting when you ohmed out the glowplugs? Have the injectors ever been replaced?

 

Relay mid 11's gp .8-1.0

 

And injectors?

 

Have yet to check the injectors but its probably gonna get done this weekend
