edge jwa stacked with smarty

hey guys i just bought a smarty to see how my truck ran with my edge jwa stacked with the smarty and my truck seemed faster with just the edge jwa can anyone tell me why that is. thanks for the help

Not too sure on second gens, but on third gens, the edge ads a lot of timing. Make sure that if you stack them, you turn the timing off on the smarty.
